Quality:

Quality is  company obligation and is the shared responsibility of all associates.

As a duty, COSAR pharmaceutical company in order to improve the health through the society , produces products with on – going development and up – grading of their quality in accordance with current requirements .

All activities in quality control and production and R&D Departments are performed in accordance with USP , BP , EP requirements and GMP regulations .

Quality assurance:

Quality should be built in to the product, and testing alone cannot be relied on to ensuring product quality .

The constantly high quality level of our products is guaranteed by :  

1. Our products are designed and developed in a way that takes account of the requirements of GMP , GLP .

 2 . Arrangements are made for the supply and use of the correct  starting and packaging materials from well   known manufacturer .

3 . All necessary controls on starting materials , intermediate products , and bulk products and other in – process controls , calibrations are carried out in .accordance with  USP, BP, EP

4 . Production and control operations are clearly specified in a written form in accordance with GMP .

 5. The finished products are correctly processed and checked , according to the defined procedures  and are sold or supplied only after the authorized persons have certified that each batch produced and controled in accordance with the requirements of marketing authorization and any other requirements relevant to the production , control and release of pharmaceutical products .

6 . Quality of our products is  supported by PMS program which follow up the products quality in distribution system and Markets .

Quality control :

Quality contorl plays a very important role to assure that GMP and GLP regulations are met and all starting materials  and packaging materials and intermediate materials and finished products comply with international quality standards ; USP , BP, EP.

Comprehensive in – process and final controls  conducted  by qualified specialists during production and in our in – house quality control laboratories prior to the product being released on to the Market .

The control laboratories are equipped with modern analytical instruments in three  separate  sections : physico , chemical , Microbiological , in – process control .
